WORK & WANDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Work & Wander package includes high-bandwidth Wi-Fi for two devices per package. Both devices must use the same username and password to login. Packages are valid for the duration of a single cruise only. Packages are not refundable. It is your responsibility to first check the website before purchasing any package. Work & Wander is eligible on sailings that have high-bandwidth Wi-Fi coverage on 75%+ of the sailing. Work & Wander is not available on S@S programs or Travel Agents rate. VPN connections are not supported on our system. If you use your own laptop, tablet, or smartphone, please be advised that the In Touch staff is not allowed to modify your device settings. Digital camera cards, USB devices, CDs, and DVDs are strictly prohibited on In Touch workstations for security purposes. No e-mail application is available on In Touch workstations; please use web-based e-mail accounts. Limited amount of monitors, keyboards, and mouse will be available in Guest Relations for rental. Work & Wander guests can rent the equipment for the duration of the cruise . Prior to renting, guests will be charged a deposit amount of $100 that will be credited back to the original payment method once the equipment is returned in perfect condition. If the equipment is damaged, the deposit will not be refunded. Work & Wander guests will be invited to an exclusive event during the sailing. Work & Wander package is $399/guest for the duration of the sailing. Work & Wander package for suite guests is $249/guest. Terms and Conditions: The standard minimum group size is 8 staterooms/16 guests. Applies to U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico travel agencies only. Offer applies to new Affinity group bookings created between 8/24/2023 and 12/ 05/ 2023 , for selected Europe 2024 sailings included in the below charts. No group deposit is required for 90 days; deposit must be received 90 days from group creation, and paid according to the final payment date stipulated by the cruise line, or the group is subject to cancellation. Qualifying groups will receive a 1:12 Tour Conductor benefit, and double GAP Points, up to a maximum of 20 GAP points per group. The 1:12 Tour Conductor and additional GAP points will be reflected in the group no later than 30 days after the promotion ends. Travel Advisor rates are subject to availability and inventory and can change at anytime. These rates were published on October 23, 2023. Agency must be a valid CLIA or IATAN agency and be included within our Sales database. Travel Agent credentials (valid IATAN or CLIA photo identification) must be presented at the time of boarding and match the name on the government issued I.D. If a valid CLIA or IATAN card is not presented, guests will be required to pay the prevailing F.I.T. (Full Individual Tariff) rate in order to sail. All parties traveling in the stateroom are required to check-in at the same time. Abuse of the Travel Agent Reduced Rate program may result in the agency being placed on “No Book” status. On sail dates where the Travel Agent program is offered, confirmation will be immediate. Inventory is limited and requests will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Reduced rate space is available for categories 4 through 12. Veranda space may be available on select ship and sail dates. The rates are applicable travel agents and one guest. This offer is based on availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Rates exclude taxes, fees and port expenses. Transfers may be available on certain sailings for an additional cost. The above offer is cruise-only. Valid documents such as Visas, Passports and/ or proper Proof of Citizenship are the travel agent’s responsibility, as well as any costs incurred to obtaining them.
